Quench Your Thirst When Vaping
Sometimes you get thirsty, or you might experience your mouth getting really dry when you vape. It’s a common issue, so don’t worry. You’re just getting a bit dehydrated while vaping. In this article, we’ll discuss some ways to avoid this happening to you.
Becoming dehydrated is an issue a lot of vaping users are dealing with, especially those new to it, as this is something that’ll occur regularly until their bodies gets used to the e-liquid intakes. Now, the guilty party that’s at fault for all of this scarcity of moisture is the Propylene Glycol that’s in the e-liquid. This chemical clasps onto water molecules and keeps your body from consuming some of them. This is what causes the human body to become dehydrated.
Propylene Glycol is also a good thing. For example, when using it in cake, its purpose is to hold the moisture, thus keeping the cake from drying out.
Now, the way you need to resolve this issue is by drinking water on a persistent basis while you vape. Most nutritionists would suggest that you should drink close to 8 cups of water per day. It’ll take a couple of weeks for you’re body to adjust to all that water, so expect to be using the bathroom often.
Another way to resolve this problem is by limiting your PG intake in the e-juice you use and incline in the direction of higher VG concentrates, so there’s not as much PG in your mouth thieving your water intake.
Drinking water constantly is’t the flawless option and that’s understandable. However, if you want to avoid being lightheaded or dizzy, along with having cotton mouth, then alas, this is the only answer at this time if you don’t want to go towards higher VG concentrates.
